Zero Hour Retarded (2.0) - File Description

  You can still get this file but we suggest you have a look at the NEW / UPDATED VERSION first!

This is Retarded 2.0 Beta 5 from The Gunrun. This is compatible with Zero Hour Version 1.04. Some changes on this mod are: New Music, New Shellmap, New Units, and it's now on modtoaster. If you play with the superweapon General the game will still crash(problem fixed). He has also made a contest, if you can fix these problem you will get a free Condition Zero Steam Account. The only fix that needs to be made now is the campaign missions.

Note: The problem with the file only being half of the real thing has been fixed.

Features of Mod:

1) Supply Centers now give out 500$ every 12 seconds

2) CIA Officers are now trainable at all usa barracks

3) The Large Airfield from the airforce mod is added to all usa and gla generals.

4) The Large Airfield is able to build 3 large aircraft

5) The Infantry general gets instand infantry.

6) The Intercontental Balistik Missile Silo is now added to the superweapons general.

7) The Tomahawk Storm superweapon is added to the superweapon general

8) All superweapons have a more realistic effect on the battle field

9) The Ranger's weapon is fully automatic

10) Voices that were taking out of the game have been reinstalled for use

11) The Anthrax Gama plane is now contructible at the gla airfields

12) Demo general gets instant terrorists

13) The Biohazard Soldier is now buildible at all of the usa's barracks

14) The Tank general gets semi instant tanks

15) Black Lotus can now call in Napalm Strikes every minute

16) GLA can now construct the Baikonur Rocket Pad uplink station which sends a Baiknour Rocket to target location (Reload time 3 minutes)

17) The USA and China now can build the POW truck which carries 4 converted POWs that will fight for you (heals troops and sees stealth)

18) The MOAB and the Nuclear Missle now are Weapons of Ultimate Destruction

19) All Generals Promotions take much more time and effort

20) New Level of general is added "President" (Hard really hard to achive)

21) You can now command yourself if u chose to play as a general. (If this unit dies the game becomes much much harder[no more dozers])

22) If u play as a general u get 5 units to command as soon as u start the game just like in ra2 and ts.

23) You can now build the "Nuclear Super Reactor" This building supplys 1000 power to your base

24) The Redguard now use faster rifles

25) Rebels do more damage

26) The Troopcrawler is now amphibius

27) Instant aircraft if you play as the airforce general

28) Black lotus captures really fast and much further for the infantry general

29) The extra general dozers/workers u can build at the reg command centers require a tech building inorder to build (e.i. strategy center, palace, ect...)

30) The Dragon tank gets a new design

31) The Red Elite is now added to china's barracks (requires propraganda) This unit is really powerful with its 20 men and its ability to do the smith thing

32) Spectre Gunship is now commandable at gla's airfield

33) All vehicals that use a drone upgrade get double the drones

34) I added the BlackBird to the USA's large airfield (Sees large range, can detect stealth)

25) The Range of all tanks are now more realistic

26) All china's sides can now build the Advanced Airfield which can support nine Migs

27) Artillery Barage is now napalmized

28) All high level anthrax weapons such as the anthrax bomb or the baikonur superweapon now uses white anthrax which is much more powerful and more realistic

29) Added music to game and new menu layout

30) Game Camara is set at a better position

31) Small changes to the internal game data have been added to provide the best fps posible and more

32) New Unit: V3 Rocket Launcher for the USA gens

33) New Unit: Demo Trap Layer for Demo Gen

34) Infantry Gen gets china elite (20 infantry which are awsome)

34) Air Gen gets instant aircraft

35) Demo Gen gets instant terrorists and bomb trucks

36) Tank Gen gets Gunther tanks (3) which are xtreme to the max!

36) Infantry Gen gets new helix (perfect for china elite)

36) Nuke Gen gets better nuke cannons

37) Troop crawlers and humvees can now scale mountains


0) I added much more but i can't recall!!!! There is so much I have changed. All changes were made in the name of making this game fun. Sorry for not listing them all. My ideas come like that then anotherone spawns from making the previous one reality

Superweapon general causing crashes to who ever plays as her
(but if you play with AI and their superweapon gen you won't crash)

If you can fix these you get a condition zero steam acount.

Its been a year or two but I'm back. By popular demand I present to you Zero Hour Retarted. This mod is designed for fun. Lots of FUN. There are so many things edited in this mod. So much in fact that I have lost track. If I were to try to list them it would take up way to much time. If you enjoyed my older mods this will become one most exelect gaming experience.

Game saves are once again posible!!!

All but one bug in this mod has been fixed. And that is campain missions randomly crashing the game. Other than that this mod is perfect!

Hey whats up.. I went into the modtoaster and look for this mod but it was not there. I even checked for updates. Has Isotx uploaded it yet? Other than than, I think its a great piece of work . Let me know whats up?

Hey guys I just fixed the SuperWeapon General problem.... So the contest has been changed to who ever can fix the campain missions. (Staff : Please change the description accordingly)

i have a question in the game when you play as china a rap play with a line that says (ya gonna learn chinese) i was wondering if i could have the name of that song
